The LDX6200 end face milling machine has a wide processing range and is suitable for end face cutting of metal materials such as castings and steel parts. It is widely used in the mechanical manufacturing industry. Specially suitable for flat milling in the mold industry and plastic mold frame frames, it can perform special surface processing such as milling, drilling, and boring on both ends of the workpiece. The end face milling machine can mill the flat surface of the workpiece, chamfer trapezoidal surfaces and T-grooves, drill holes up to 50mm, and bore holes up to 400mm. After installing a supporting slide table, milling, manual drilling, boring, and special surface machining can be performed on both ends of the workpiece. The milling force is strong and can meet the machining requirements of the parts. The worktable movement adopts planetary gearbox transmission, which is flexible and easy to operate. The column lifting adopts a counterweight unloading device, which makes it easy to move up and down, prolonging the life of the screw and ensuring smooth cutting. Milling adopts helical gear transmission, with high precision in cutting and milling surfaces and low noise. After installing a frequency converter, it can achieve stepless speed change. The end face milling machine operator should pay attention to the following items during operation to avoid danger.

(1) Wear tight protective clothing, do not open the cuffs, wear a protective hat for long hair, and do not wear gloves during operation.

(2) The loading and unloading of the chuck on the machine tool spindle should be carried out after the machine is stopped, and the chuck cannot be removed by the power of the electric motor.

(3) The protruding parts of the chuck, dial, and chicken heart clamp that hold the workpiece should be covered with protective covers to avoid twisting clothes and other parts of the body.

(4) When clamping workpieces, they should be completely consistent with the holes and should not be damaged or skewed. Before use, the holes should be wiped clean. The rear tailstock should be securely fastened.

(5) When turning slender workpieces, in order to ensure the use of a frame or a follower frame, the extended part of the lathe should be marked.

(6) When turning irregularly shaped workpieces, a balance block should be installed and tested for balance before cutting.

(7) The tool clamping should be secure, and the protruding part of the tool head should not exceed 1.5 times the height of the tool body. The shape and size of the gasket should be consistent with the shape and size of the tool body, and the gasket should be as small and flat as possible.

(8) Except for the automatic measuring device installed on the lathe during operation, the workpiece should be stopped for measurement and the tool holder should be moved to its position.

(9) For the strip shaped chips and spiral shaped long chips that have been cut, hooks should be used in a timely manner, and manual pulling is strictly prohibited.

(10) To prevent injury caused by broken chips, a transparent baffle should be installed in a suitable position

(11) When using sandpaper to polish the surface of the workpiece, the tool should be moved to the designated position and clothing and hands should not come into contact with the workpiece surface. When processing the inner hole, do not use fingers to support the sandpaper, use a wooden stick instead, and the speed should not be too fast.

(12) Do not place tools, fixtures, or workpieces on the lathe bed and spindle gearbox.
